Kim Mason has been in the real estate industry, off and on, for the past 12 years.
Kim worked in the City of Tumwater Building Department for 7 years. She then obtained her real estate license, and sold real estate for several years. She, and her husband, have several rental properties, as well as having purchased, and flipped, foreclosure properties.
Kim most recently worked as an Assistant to one of the top-producing agents in Thurston County. She currently manages her personal rental properties, and has joined the Doug Burger Realty Group as Director of Business Development.
Kim's duties, as Director of Business Development, are to assist Doug with the many projects, behind the scenes, that continue to increase the volume of business the agents at Doug Burger Realty Group are handling.
In addition, Kim assists the new agents, joining the office, in getting up, and running, with their various websites, and tools they have available to them to service their many clients.
